VIRTUAL FIT COACH
In a perfect world, we would have a personal fitness guru with us everyday training and making out meals so we can reach our goals. However, we live in the real world. The truth is getting in shape is equal parts investment of your time and money. So it makes sense to invest in a way that suits you. Right?
The individualized approach that you find in our personal training programs, is also present in the Virtual Fitness program. So you will never get a “one size fits all” method. Every Virtual Coach program is based on the individual requirements of the client. It is designed only after your needs are assessed.
Your Virtual Coach program may consist of one or more of the following elements:
Skype Assessment – An assessment that includes a prior health/fitness questionnaire, a virtual postural assessment as well as discussing your goals and your program will be managed. You may be able to complete this in person depending on where are located.
Nutrition Consultation – A Three or five day typical food diary review by your coach, followed by phone consultation with recommendations as to how you can make changes to ensure your lifestyle is healthy. Expect follow up emails to ensure that you stay on track.
Development of the Program – Your program options consists of day by day activities, a written program or/and a Skype training at a set time each week. You may be even called upon to get some face to face training either in team training depending on where you live.
Weekly Consultation – Weekly phone or email consultations to assess your progress, discuss any modifications required, and to provide motivation.
