What do I need to bring to me training session?
The only equipment requirement are dumbbells. Bring dumbbells that are challenge weight but not too heavy. Recommended weights are 5-10 lbs for women and 10-15 lbs for men. It is also recommended that you bring water and a yoga mat.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Part of being in a squad knowing that a little rain never hurt anybody. Seriously though...through working with our surround community we are often able to have an indoor location available the weather be too unfavorable.
if classes are canceled the instructor will notify participants of the reschedule date.
