I am so addicted to RRF Boot-camp! I love the way my body feels and how it is starting to look. I have so much more energy and the fact that I have dropped 2 pant sizes is enough to keep me coming back, but added to that is how Shay pushes me to do more than I want to do. When I want to stop at 20 reps he says "give me 30". Thank you Shay...
